- Minimum stay: see pricelist.
- Arrivals: from 03.00 p.m. to 10.00
p.m.. Departures: before 10.00 a.m..
- The
reservation will become valid only after a deposit has been paid and
the subsequent "booking confirmation" has been sent by the Management.
The deposit should be remitted according to the terms outlined in the
"booking offer".
- The
reservation only guarantees the type of lodging and the period of stay.
The number of the accommodation will be given on arrival.
- In case
of late arrival, reservation will remain valid until 03.00 p.m. the
following day.
- In case
of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if written notice of the
cancellation reaches the Campsite at least 10 days prior to the
beginning of the booked period. The sum of € 25,oo will be
deduced from the deposit as refund of expenses. If the cancellation
comes later, the conditions on point "g" will be applied, with the
deduction of € 25,oo as refund of expenses.
- In case
of anticipated departure, Guests will be charged for the accommodation
tariff only (without persons) for every reserved day booked but not
used, up to a maximum of 3 days.
- An
inventary of all the equipment and accessories is displayed in each
lodging. For any loss or breakages Guests are asked to pay the
re-purchase value. The Management reserves the right to replace or
repair any equipment which is damaged or lost. Sheets and towels are
not provided.
- The final
cleaning of the lodging is not included in the tariff. For this reason
at the arrival Guests are asked to lodge a deposit of € 50,oo,
which will be held as refund of expenses if the lodging is not left in
order and clean. Anyway we ask a contribution for the final cleaning:
see pricelist.
- Dogs and
other pets are not admitted.
- The
Pricelist and the Campsite Regulations form an integral part of the
booking conditions stated herein
