- An identity document valid
for the registration request by the law must be given to the staff of
the reception desk by each person on his arrival. Its lack represents
violation of the penal code.
Along with the price list and the regulations on arrival, Guests will
be given a "Tessera di Entrata", which has to be exhibited on the staff
request and given back on departure.
- Guests are expected to check
the exactness of the registration, to inform the staff if there are any
discordances and to notify in advance variations (such as arrival and
departures of people, change of the camping area, etc.).
- No visitors are admitted
unless authorised by the Direction. Visitors are given a free entry
permit lasting an hour upon leaving their documents at the reception
desk. Camping daily charge should be paid in case of longer permanence
and use of the Camping facilities. No permits are given before 08.00
a.m. and after 09.00 p.m.. Camping Guests are expected to inform their
visitors at the internal regulation and have them observed.
- If caught with no-registered
people, Guests will be expelled from the Camping and will be subject to
denunciation because of violation of the Regulations of Public Security
as well as of the articles of the Penal Code 614, 624, 633 and
637.
- Permanence is counted
according to the number of the nights spent. Departures must take place
before 12.00 a.m. (Bungalows 10.00 a.m.). Should they take place later,
it will be charged one more night.
- The Management is happy to
accept small sized dogs,provided they have a vaccination
certificate. Their owners must look after them and always keep them
muzzled and hold them on a leash in order to avoid unpleasant
accidents. Dogs are not allowed in accommodation
(bungalows/maxicaravans). They are only allowed on the pitches and
areas reserved for them on the campsite. The Health Authorities forbid
their entry into public facilities. On arrival, all guest must show the
appropriate dustpan to remove excrements. Dogs must be taken to the
special area or outside the campsite for their needs and can only be
washed in the special box reserved for them. The Management does not
accept dogs considerate dangerous from the Health Authorities,
irrespective of their dimensions. For further information ask the
staff. The Management declines all responsibility in case of damage of
things or persons caused by domestic animals.
- The Camping area is given by
the Direction. Guests have to arrange tidily their equipment, including
vehicles, within the limits of Camping area which as been given them.
It should be avoided digging gutters and making use of washing
lines
- Any behaviour, activity,
game and instruments which may disturb other Guests must be always
avoided. Silence must be respected especially from 11.00 p.m. till
07.00 a.m. and from 01.30 p.m. till 03.30 p.m.. This rule is also valid
in the area near the Campsite.
- Children must be escorted by
an adult to the toilet, to the games and to the beach. Adults are
liable for the behaviour of the minors they have in charge.
- Vehicles may be used only to
go in or out of the Camping, at low speed (5 Km/h) in conformity with
the signs. Traffic of vehicles is not permitted from 11.00 p.m. to
07.00 a.m.. Motor bicycles must be used with motor off.
- Lighting of fires in the
open is not permitted, neither in the Camping nor in the beach. Grill
may be used provided that it does not disturb or endanger other
Guests.
- Communications addressed to the camping Guests may be found in the direction office.
- No responsibility is assumed
by the Direction for lost or stolen objects and values, as well as for
danger to the people or things which do not depend on the direct
negligence of the Camping staff.
- The Direction reserve the
right to expel from the Camping anyone who, in their unquestionable
opinion, does damage or troubles the good proceeding of the community
life.
